  • make best use of your management style

  • work effectively with your team (including those who may not be so enthusiastic about your promotion)

  • fill skills and knowledge gaps.

  • skills and knowledge gaps identified

  • a plan developed to fill these gaps

  • a team of supporters identified to help you on your journey
