My Story

My skills come from the richness of my experience working across five continents, in multiple sectors, coaching hundreds of fantastic clients in a myriad of roles. This experience is supported by keystone theoretical knowledge including a psychology degree, postgraduate executive coaching qualification, behavioural and team assessment certifications and professional accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.

I’m a proud geek when it comes to learning, you can always find me with 4 or 5 books on the go plus participating in training programmes on topics such as neuroscience, unconscious bias and impostor syndrome. When I’m not doing that, I’m working with fellow coaches in masterminds to share and expand our skills.

My love of learning and the opportunities it enables is the reason that a proportion of every Pressurevalve booking is donated to Magic Breakfast. Magic Breakfast provides healthy breakfasts to U.K. schoolchildren who are living with food insecurity, helping them start their day fuelled for learning.

Even when I take my work hat off, I love experiencing other people's perspectives and stories via the arts, be that theatre, film, books, dance, sculpture, painting or photography.
