Team Performance Scan™
The Team Performance Scan is a tried and tested tool that enables teams to reach their full potential and deliver enhanced results.
It measures 10 key themes of performance, highlighting strengths and areas for development and suggests courses of action for enhanced performance.
The scan tracks teams over time to maintain focus and measure their progress.
The Team Performance Scan package includes three stages
1. First Team Performance Scan.
2. Team debrief session where the team will co-create the actions they want to take to enhance their performance.
3. Second Team Performance Scan to determine progress made.
