Team working - DiSC™ workshops
Ran a DiSC workshop for a national membership organisation, enabling them to understand their own communication preferences and style, and how to flex this to communicate effectively with their colleagues, facilitating greater collaboration.

One-to-one coaching programmes
Provided four-month programmes of one-to-one coaching for 12 employees of a consulting firm, ranging from first level managers, through to CEO. Topics included impostor syndrome, strategic business development and transitioning from technical expert (individual contributor) to team leader.
Approved coach for £1billion organisation, providing 4 - 12 month coaching programmes for staff on topics including; personal brand, interpersonal relationships and inclusive leadership.
Coaching skills for non-coaches
Developed and delivered a programme to equip Money Advisers with coaching skills, enabling them to empower their clients to make their own, well-informed choices.
Developed and delivered an organisation-wide team coaching programme, equipping staff with coaching skills to foster inclusive decision-making and cross-team collaboration.
Learning and development strategy
Produced the business strategy for a provider of learning and development services. This involved interviews with stakeholders, competitor and market analysis, plus observation and examination of existing provision.
Recruitment and onboarding
Partnered with a Director of Services to shape the recruitment process for a key role, including providing an external perspective on the interview panel.
Commissioned to design an onboarding training programme for new staff of a 140-year-old community organisation, accelerating their ability to contribute via their roles.
Team Performance Scan™
Worked with Senior Leadership Team's using the scan to identify where their performance could be even greater, looking at both behaviours and process. Facilitated the teams to create action plans from the insights the scan provided.
Personal brand workshops
Ran a personal brand lunchtime learning workshop for a health organisation, opening staff's eyes to the many ways that their personal brand already existed and how they could maximise it's effectiveness for both themselves and their organisation.
